This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

We collect only the essential data needed to provide our Reputation Management service:
- Identity Data: Name, username, or similar identifier.
- Contact Data: Email address only. We do not store your phone number unless provided for support.
- Google Profile Data: When you connect your Google Business Profile, we access only the reviews and location data necessary to display your dashboard. We do not write fake reviews or manipulate your listing data outside of your explicit replies.
- Transaction Data: Subscription status and plan details via Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your credit card information; this is handled securely by Lemon Squeezy.
3. How We Use Your Data
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
- To provide the Review Filtering service you subscribed to.
- To manage your subscription and payments.
- To improve our website and services (analytics are anonymized).
4. Data Security
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.

We use trusted third-party services to run our business:

- Lemon Squeezy: To process payments. (See Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy)
- OpenAI: To generate AI-suggested replies (data is not used to train their models).
